On the first floor there is a gourmet kitchen with an eat-in area and wet bar, as well as a formal living room and dining room which overlook a private walled courtyard with pool (18X12). There is a guest bedroom with queen bed on this level with an adjoining bathroom. On the second level there are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and an adjoining bathroom, and one with 2 twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. The spacious master suite occupies the third level, complete with sitting area, fireplace, walk-in closet and master bathroom.
