Located on a beautifully landscaped and well-kept lot just a couple of minutes walk from the oceanfront pools and their adjacent games and playground, this great Corolla Light classic is very family friendly and has a variety of gathering spaces for enjoying quality time with loved ones.
Ground Level: The nautical themed rec room has a ping pong/pool table, a wet bar with a mini fridge and microwave, a tv with vcr and dvd, and a half bath. The laundry area is on this level. Outside you will find shaded decking under the house with a gas grill, fish cleaning table and sink, a porch swing, and a walkway that connects to the sidewalk leading to the oceanfront complex.
Mid Level: There is a Queen mbr with an adjoining tiled room with a large whirlpool tub. A Queen room shares a bath with a room with 2 Bunk sets , while a room with 2 Singles adjoins the hall bath; these 3 rooms open to the covered deck with a hammock and the hot tub.
Top Level: The living room has skylights, ocean views, and a lovely stained glass window depicting the Currituck lighthouse. A large flat screen tv with a dvd sits over the wood burning fireplace. There is a stereo with tape and cd, a wet bar with bartender’s sink and under counter icemaker, and a table with 4 chairs for games and puzzles. A spacious sundeck opens off the living room. The compact and well-equipped galley kitchen has a pass through counter to the living room. The dining room table seats 10. There is a Queen mbr with a tv. Discover a quiet reading nook on the stair landing as you climb to the cozy loft with a skylight, tv, vcr, and a Queen sleep sofa .
