It offers both the comfort of a cozy apartment and the ambience of a villa with garden and large terrace facing the sea

The apartment is across open on one side to the Esterel Mountains and other sea

 'Mountainside', it enjoys a level access and even offers direct departure walk on the footpaths of the Esterel.

'Sea Side', it offers from its private terrace and landscaped 130m2 and stunning panoramic views over the bay of Cannes and the Iles de Leirens.

The pool is open from May to September

Easy access from the motorway A8 between it and Cannes-Mandelieu Miramar allowing numerous sporting, recreational and cultural activities. (Theater, casino, cinema, golf, restaurants, diving, fishing, shopping, hiking, sailing ... etc).

Nice airport is 30 minutes by connecting with train, bus and taxi to Theoule.

We had a perfect holiday !!

We had a perfect holiday !! Really enjoyed the terrace and the lovely view, everything was just perfect and my wife and the kids enjoyed us big time , for sure we are planning to come back next year but then 10 days if possible this was a bit too short . The pool was also great for the kids , and they loved the beach. The only thing we did not get to work was the oven ....But thats just a minor detail.

If you book on 2014 you'll enjoy a new decoration and furniture.
The Ove well run but we forgot to restart the electronic system.....Sorry.

Wonderful!

The apartment is as beautiful as shown on the pictures. We enjoyed the large terrace with good quality garden furniture and nicely decorated with plants. The charming interior has everything one would wish for and makes you feel at home right away. Very good internet connection. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds/mattresses. We hope to get another opportunity to stay in this beautiful well situated apartment".

Very relaxing and spacious place to stay

We enjoyed as a couple our stay very much! The balconies size is a treat and we were almost always out there. Hiking just starting behind the house, small trips around the villages or cities plus hopping over to Île St Honorat were memorable.
Thanks for having us there - we felt comfortable. The only improvement we wished is a significant better internet connection. For the price and location compared with other places this service standard would have made it for us to a 6-star experience.

Un petit coin de paradis !!

Nous sommes venus passer une semaine fin septembre et nous avons été absolument enchanté par l'accueil et la qualité de cet appartement.
Nous l'avons trouvé spacieux, clair et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est superbe et très bien meublée.
La vue est extraordinaire et on en profite de toutes les pièces. Aucun vis à vis, très reposant car on y accède par une voie privée donc peu de circulation.
On entre dans l'appartement par un jardin avec accès privé, comme une villa et sans avoir d'escalier ni d'ascenseur à prendre. C'est très confortable et la voiture est garée devant la porte.
La Piscine très agréable est en accès direct par l'ascenseur avec un petit bassin indépendant et sécurisé pour les enfants.
Nous avons fait de belles balades dans la montagne en partant à pied directement depuis l'appartement.
L'accès aux plages est facile et elles sont très belles avec de petits restaurants et des ports de plaisance.
Nous avons également pu profiter de l'ambiance de Cannes située à quelques minutes en voiture.
Nous conseillons cette location à tout ceux qui recherchent le calme et le confort à proximité d'une grande ville.
Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Merci beaucoup pour ce très agréable commentaire concernant notre appartement.
Je vois que tout comme nous vous avez eu un vrai coup de coeur pour cet endroit et nous en sommes ravis.
C'est l'un des endroits les plus pittoresques de la Côte d'Azur et depuis la terrasse on voit plonger les roches rouges dans une mer cristalline. On ne se lasse pas du spectacle, même de nuit avec les illuminations de la baie de Cannes et des Iles......
La décoration intérieure, la terrasse et le mobilier vont être changés le mois prochain aussi serez vous, nous l'espérons, agréablement surpris si vous décidez de revenir faire un séjour à Théoule....
