Mid Level: A King mbr , a Queen mbr with wheelchair accessible bath, a semi-private King mbr shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 Duobunks . The very large den has a Queen sleep sofa and desk with fax. There is also a powder room on this level. The hot tub is located outside on the deck.
Top Level: You will find a lovely King mbr . This level provides awesome views of the Atlantic from its living and dining areas which are surrounded by windows! There is an elevated sitting room to play a board game with the grandchildren or watch the sunset. The top-of-the-line, open kitchen with granite countertops will keep the chef satisfied and included in the fun and conversation! Just off the dining area is a perfectly tranquil sunroom.
