This is a family oriented, not a party building. BUILDING: Security System, central Smoke alarms/sprinklers, 2 high speed Elevators, 2 Saunas, Oceanfront Pool Deck with heated Pool & Hot Tub, Exercise room, & underground Parking. We do not have a 'kiddy' pool and infants in diapers or swimmies are not allowed in the pool or hot tub. UNIT: large Private Balcony, Central AC/Heat, electronic Air Purification, Water Purifyer, 3 TV/Cable, 3 DVD's, 4 Phones/Answering system, ceiling Fans throughout & Guest Safe for your valuables.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $835 to $1,235/week, Saturday to Saturday. Special events are higher.
  • Special Off-Season Rental Rates: Many weeks as low as $675.00 per week total cost, Saturday to Saturday in September, October, November, December & January. Please e-mail your Vacation Dates for a price quote.

    Regular Rental Rates: Saturday to Saturday from $835 to $1,235 per Week. Special event weeks are higher. $65 cleaning fee, plus 12.5% Florida State tax is added to the rental rates. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
  • $200 per week booking fee is required to hold your vacation dates, if your requested vacation date is more than 45 days from now. If your vacation dates are less than 45 days from now, we will need the full amount to book your vacation dates. Cancellation policy: your booking fee will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee, if you cancel at least 30 days prior to the first date of your reservation. After the 30 days, I will refund to the extent that I am able to rent the unit for your reservation period, less a 10% cancellation fee. Full payment is expected at least 30 days prior to your reservation date. A 15% cancellation fee, 60 day cancellation notice and 60 day full payment applies to special event dates. There will be no exceptions to this policy, unless the cancellation is initiated by the owner.

Unit was located on the 10th floor, and you had an outstanding view of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Halifax River on the other side. Unit was very clean, and was stacked with several items that you would not expect. Each bedroom included a TV with DVD/VCR, which is great if you have kids. Property was nice, and parking was provided in an underground parking garage so you didn't have a foot of sand on your vehicle each day. Pool was nice, although a bit cool our last day. I would highly recommend this unit, and plan to stay here again in the future.
