Relax in the sauna after a day on the beach or watch your favorite film in the state of the art theatre room featuring a 5' x 10' projection tv screen and stereo surround system for the best sound possible.
Ground Level: Enter to the rec room with pool table, wet bar with tv/vcr, refrigerator, icemaker and sauna, access to the sprawling pool area with hot tub and your private walkway to the beach and dunetop deck. There is a bedroom with 2 Bunk sets , a full bath, and a room with Duobunk and Trundle which shares a full bath with a bedroom with 2 Duobunks .
Mid Level: Reminiscent of a European holiday, the front entrance features a private gated courtyard with fountain. Grand marble entrance with leaded glass doorway walks you to the theatre room with 5' x 10' projection tv screen with surround sound and computerized blinds for blocking out sunlight. For your convenience, there is a half bath with gorgeous custom tile. There is a King mbr with ocean views, tv and deck access. The bath has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. A King mbr with sunset views overlooking the sound and tv has deck access and a bath with custom tile shower and separate Jacuzzi tub. There are 2 Queen mbrs with tv/vcr/dvd and bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower to complete this level.
Top Level: Follow the graceful stairwell to the spacious great room featuring hardwood floors and exquisite area rugs. The custom kitchen with granite countertops, allows you to prepare meals while taking time to overlook the sound. The dining room overlooks the ocean and leads to a circular loft that features tremendous views of the sound and ocean. Sit in luxury and look out for miles at natural beauty. The great room has soaring window-lined walls and has a tv/vcr/dvd and stereo. The great room looks out over the ocean and showcases a custom stone wood-burning fireplace that passes through to the library. The turreted library features floor to ceiling bookcases with a wonderful selection to choose from during your stay. The oversized King mbr with tv/vcr/dvd has oceanfront deck access. There is an adjoining oval office that is encased with windows for you to look out at the ocean or sound and watch birds and dolphins play. What a way to work! The master bath features a custom slate shower and Jacuzzi tub with views of the sound.
