Guestbook comments from the manager
My husband and I decided to rent an apartment in London rather than stay at a hotel. I found the booking easy and received timely email responses to my emails prior to arrival. The apartment was nice, tidy, and clean when we arrived. The only issue we encountered was the fact that we had scheduled an early arrival yet our passcodes did not work. We were able to find a telephone to have the passcodes reset, but it was a little bit of a hassle after an overnight flight. Overall, though, my husband and I enjoyed the apartment and I would book wit LondonLets again.
