There are miles of oceanfront at Torrey Pines for swimming, walking, surfing, fishing, shell collecting, and diving. The condo clubhouse is across the street with billiard table, pool & hot tub; heated pool available in the winter. A condominium park, 2 tennis courts, volleyball court and playground are on the grounds. Steps to Torrey Pines Beach and Reserve (hiking paths), San Diego La Jolla Underwater Park 1/2 mile, Torrey Pines Golf Course 2 miles, La Jolla (shopping and restaurants) 6 miles. The village of Del Mar (shopping and restaurants) 3/4 mile.
