The condo is ideally situated adjacent to Torrey Pines State Beach and Reserve, convenient to many locations around San Diego. There are miles of oceanfront at Torrey Pines for swimming, walking, surfing, fishing, shell collecting, and diving. The condo clubhouse is across the street with billiard table, pool & hot tub; heated pool available in the winter. A condominium park, 2 tennis courts, volleyball court and playground are on the grounds. Steps to Torrey Pines Beach and Reserve (hiking paths), San Diego La Jolla Underwater Park 1/2 mile, Torrey Pines Golf Course 2 miles, La Jolla (shopping and restaurants) 6 miles. The village of Del Mar (shopping and restaurants) 3/4 mile. Del Mar Racetrack 3 miles, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, the Harbor, Sea Port village, Downtown Gaslamp District (great restaurants and nightlife) Horton Plaza, Coronado, Wild Animal Park, and the San Diego Airport only 20-30 minutes away by car, 90 minutes south of L.A.
