Description of the Steamboat Springs vacation condo rental
Dramatic 2-Story Condo w/vaulted ceilings, spacious, bright, great views, plenty of privacy, only 500 yards to Gondola. Sleeps up to 10, w/ fully inclosable pvt loft & queen sleeper sofa in LR. New carpet throughout in '07, all new bedding too! 3 full baths incl towels/linens. All furniture, appliances new for '04-'05 season. Appx.1700 sq.ft. Immaculate! Best location, steps to on-site check-in w/full staff, laundry, htd pool, 3 hot-tubs, tennis, clubhouse w/ biz center, free High Spd Internet (wireless, too!), satelliteTV,VCRs,DVDs,CD players, radios, tape, w/games, movies, music. Fully equipped kitchen, pvt ski locker, free private shuttle to slopes, town, shopping. Walk to grocery, food, slopes, and more! First floor has master king BR w/private full bath, 2nd full BA and BR w/2 twin beds. Living room has new queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, breakfast bar and large dining table. Upstairs king BR has vaulted ceiling, full bath connects to loft with 2 more more brand new twins beds.

Our vacation home is only 500
Yards From The Gondola. There is a private free shuttle that will wisk you to and from the slopes, into town and to shopping. The Gondola shuttle runs about every five minutes. Have a cup of coffee and a free sweet while you wait - But, have your gloves ready, because it takes only about 90 seconds to get to the slopes! (There is really no reason to rent a car with this location and there is also a free City bus that makes a regular stop right at the entrance to the complex plus plenty of parking, if you want to drive.)
Once at your condo, you will find that everything is just steps away and our unit is considered to have the Best Lovation in the entire condo complex! It is also rated as the #2 Best Furnished & Decorated Unit (Out of 81) in the complex. You'll also be amazed at the hospitality of the full on-site staff people and the friendliness of the other guests! We just love it!!! Brand new hot tubs this year, with heated sidewalks!
