This bright and modern apartment was recently renovated in a contemporary and clean style!

There is one cozy bedroom, 1 modern bathroom, a open living space with an American kitchen as well as a bright closed-varanda, with a tiny sea view! Restaurants and other amenities are within minutes walk. In Monte Estoril, you will find lots of trendy places to eat, quaint shops and boutiques, as well as a lovely park 'The Jardim do Pasarinhos'. Estoril beach is less than 10 min walk from the apartment. the train station to Lisbon is also 5 min walk.

This modern and comfortable apartment is the ideal base for whom want to have a laid back holiday in a calm environment, yet only a few minutes from a lively town center and lovely beaches.

Notes

  • Prices are based on a 2 pax occupancy. Extra adults are charged 15€ per night (or 70€ per week). Children under 16 are free of charge.
    For stays under 1 week, extra charge of 25€ towards end of stay cleaning and laundry.
  • -Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 30% or 40% deposit (depending on the length of the stay).

    -Cancellation policy: Full refund of the deposit up to 3 months before arrival.
    50% of the deposit will be refunded up to 6 weeks before arrival. After this the deposit will be non refundable
    (but, availability permitting, can be used towards another booking at 'My Friends' Houses')
