Characteristic portion of a villa in Punta Lada, part of the private Club Marina Piccola, exclusive club with a park with olive trees, kids pool, private beach with umbrellas reserved for just 58 members and sailing center. From the terrace, which surrounds the house on two sides, you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view, ranging from Punta Volpe until you get almost to the Marinella beach. The living area is large, comprising sitting room with sea view, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Downstairs is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. 4 additional bedrooms on the ground floor, three bedrooms (two fitted even sofa bed) and one with twin beds. All rooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom and the bed all overlooking the private garden. One of them has access only from outside. The garden of 1500 square meters, compete with barbecue and an outdoor shower. The garage can accommodate up to three cars.
