Get here fast then take it slow! Kokomo is a large home right on a secluded pink sand beach. There is great snorkeling right off this beach. Catch lobster or fish for dinner! A huge upper deck and a lower shade deck with hammocks. Game room with pool table. Eleuthera is a friendly safe island where natives greet you with a wave and a smile. Ahhh...the Bahamas, dig your toes into warm, pink sand, laze by the azure/blue water, feel the tropical breeze as you lay in the hammock and move to the rhythm of island life. We provide you with snorkeling equipment, several kayaks, a small sailboat, boogie boards, all kinds of beach toys. There is a volley ball area. Also included, fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, pots and pans, blender, microwave, dishwasher. Also, all linens (including beach towels). Just bring your personal items.

On the Atlantic Ocean, 5 miles south of Governor's Harour and 16 miles south of the Governor's Harb our Airport. Great snorkeling right in front of the house, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, small sail boat provided. Volley ball area, game room with pool table. Get ehre fast, then take it slow.

    1st bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area with sofa, sm. dining table for 2, it's own satellite TV, VRC, DVD player.
    2nd bedroom has a king size bed.
    3rd bedroom has twin beds and bunk beds (it can sleep 4).
    There is a huge gas BBQ grill in the courtyard. A charcoal grill outside.
    Plenty of snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, skim board, beach toys, 4 kayaks (2) 2/man and (2) 1/man. A small sailboat.
    There is a large upper deck for sunning and a lower shade deck with hammocks.
    All linens, (plenty of beach towels too), dishes, pots & pans, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, dishwasher, washer, dryer. Satellite TV, VCR, DVD, stereo CD player in family room.

KOKOMO is ON the beach: Get here fast then take it slow. A large 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on a secluded pink sand beach. Great snorkeling right in front of the house. Large home, set up like 2 separat apartments. Good privacy for 2 couples. Everything is here, just bring your personal items. Snorkeling equipment, life vests, boogie boards, one man kayaks and 2 man kayaks, a small Sunfish sailboat, 2 snorkeling view floats, a volley ball court, bicycles, a game room with full size pool table, Satelite TV, stereo, VCR/DVD, DSL internet,, washer/dryer, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water at both kitchen sinks, and much more. GUESS WHO SLEPT HERE????: John Lennon and his first wife Cindy used to stay at Kokomo when the Beatles played at a local resort. The resort owned Kokomo at the time. The resort is now in ruins.

A group of us stayed at Kokomo in Spring 2007. The house has plenty of room, Was clean and well maintained. The Decks were huge and million dollar views. We seen 2 people on the beach in 7 days. The reef is slim but extends a pretty good distance. Constant breeze through out day and evening. Had windows open all time. the locals were very nice. Enjoyed Sunset bar & Grill. Our only draw back was we would bring out meats with us next time. We enjoyed so much we are looking to go back in 2 yrs. We have stayed at other islands and houses and Kokomo rates number 1. ! Christine from ohio
