This unit has three bedrooms plus a loft. The Master Bedroom has a King-size Bed. The other two bedrooms have two Queen Beds each. The Loft area has a pull out couch. There are five Televisions (not plasma) - one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Each has Cable Television. A complete kitchen makes it easy to prepare full meals. The washing machine and dryer makes it easy to do a quick load of laundry.
This unit is perfect for both skiers and golfers. It has a balcony that overlooks both the Interconnect and Amy's Lift. Best access at the Highlands to the ski slopes (even return from night skiing). Golf is very close as well. The 18th tee of the Heather golf course is just across the street. Easy access to the Moore, Donald Ross, and Arthur Hills golf courses with them all on property.
The Boyne Highlands Lodge is a short walk away. The lodge offers a full compliment of resort activities including year round swimming in their heated outdoor pool, food and entertainment. Nubs Nob is 1 mile away!
Both beautiful Harbor Springs and the Petosky Gaslight District are nearby where one can dine, sightsee, shop, and see many of the attractions that Northern Michigan has to offer. By car, it is four hours from Detroit, six hours from Chicago, and 30 minutes from historic Mackinaw Island.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A reservation deposit equal to 1/2 the total Rental Rate is required to book the condo!
FINAL PAYMENT: The final payment of the remaining 1/2 of the Rental Rate is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
LAST MINUTE RENTALS: Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require the full payment.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: Personal checks may be accepted. If within 30 days of scheduled arrival then certified check or money orders are requested.
ACCOMMODATIONS. All payments must be made in U.S. Funds.
CANCELLATIONS: If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, the rental portion of any monies paid will be refunded only if your property is re-rented for the same time period and at the same amount.If we are unable to re-rent the property, the rental portion of any monies paid shall be forfeited. Re-rental is not guaranteed.
FALSE PRETENSES: We reserve the right to terminate or reject a rental if the reservation is booked under false pretenses.
