Ground Level: Features a rec room with foosball and Schwinn stepper. There is a room with 2 Singles , tv and dvd, a full bath and the laundry area. Step outside to a completely gated pool area and walkway to the beach.
Mid Level: Offers 4 bedrooms: 2 King mbrs , each with whirlpool tubs, tvs and deck access. There is another room with a King and tv that shares a bath with a room with 2 Duobunks , tv and dvd player. You’ll also find the hot tub on the southeast deck.
Top Level: Enjoy fantastic vistas from a lovely great room with gas fireplace, tv/dvd and stereo with cd. You’ll love the recently renovated kitchen that includes new stainless appliances (2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, large Jenn-Air fridge, microwave and under-counter icemaker). There is seating for 6 at the bar in the kitchen and the dining area offers a table for 12 people. Also on this level is a lovely King mbr with whirlpool, tv and deck access. Rounding out this home is a half bath and den with sleep sofa , tv/vcr and Yamaha keyboard.
