Relax and enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic in this comfortable, well-appointed, oceanfront home. Juniper walls and cathedral ceilings complement the tasteful decor. A short walk to the shops of Monteray Plaza and TimBuck II shopping center ensures an activity filled vacation for your family.
Ground Level: The laundry and an outside shower occupy this level .
Mid Level: Features a sunken great room with cathedral ceiling and gas fireplace, dining area, cozy kitchen, breakfast bar, screened porch with picnic table and chairs and a large sundeck with porch swing. 2 Queen rooms share a bath and a circular stairway leads to the 2nd floor. A new hot tub is located on this level.
Top Level: Has a large Queen mbr suite with sitting room and private deck, a room with 2 Bunk sets and a large full bath in the hall.
Amenities: hot tub, gas fireplace, 2 tvs, vcr, stereo w/cd/tape, video library, games, books, basketball, sundeck, screened porch, picnic table, porch swing, fish cleaning table, charcoal grill. No smoking. Pets welcome ($150). Turnday: Sunday. Amenities: Hot Tub, Pets, Non Smoking, Screened Porch, Fireplace, AC/Heat, Suitable for Children, Golf nearby, Water Sports, Fishing, Decks, Grill, Outside Shower.
