Charming apartment located on the fourth floor (no elevator) is located in the centre of Barcelona in the area of El Born.

Just 5 minutes walk from the most famous streets of this fascinating city with Gaudi and Picasso everywhere and the beach of Barceloneta just 10 minutes walk, could not be better located. A few minutes walk from the famous Ramblas, the cathedral and 5 minutes from the Sagrada Familia. If you have an afternoon of shopping stores are located nearby. Restaurants and bars are literally across the street, Plaza Catalunya is only 5 minutes where you can take a train to the Costa Brava for day trips.
This is a residential building and respect for the neighbours is paramount. Parties of any description will not be tolerated, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the building should the neighbours complain. Barcelona is a very vibrant city and there is absolutely no need to stay home and party, please go out and have your fun in a bar or disco or restaurant.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum, especially in communal areas such as stairs, terraces or balconies. If the police are called you will be immediately removed from the apartment.
When you leave the house must empty the refrigerator and take out the trash.
Cleaning after departure is included in the agreed final price.
The person booking will be asked to scan and email a copy of the first page of their passport.
Bedding, towels and kitchen accessories are property of the apartment and should not be removed.
Please note that there is an additional charge of €20 if you arrive after 9 pm.
The apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Only the maximum amount of persons indicated in the apartment description may use the apartment, excluding children less than 2 years old.
Animals are not permitted without receiving special permission from the manager.
