Bask in the sun on the spacious refurnished pool deck, cool off in the large pool, or soak in the nearby hot tub. Look for seashells as you stroll along the beautiful Pine Island beach. Ground Level: The rec room with pool table, foosball, tv, vcr/dvd and stereo with 5 disc-cd, accesses the large fully fenced and gated pool area with hot tub and gas grill. A half bath off the rec room is accessible from the pool. A one-car garage has a ping pong table. There are 2 rooms , each with 2 Duobunks that share a full bath, along with another full hall bath, and a laundry room.
Mid Level: The handsome main entry hall opens to the large oceanfront private den with Queen sleep sofa , tv, vcr, reading library, game table and access to the deck with a swing overlooking the pool. Adjacent to the den is a room with 2 Singles with a tv/vcr/dvd, next to a full hall bath. There is a King mbr with tv/vcr/dvd and a whirlpool in its large tiled bath, a King mbr with tv, a Queen mbr with tv/dvd, all with deck access, and a 2nd laundry.
Top Level: The lovely bright great room has oak floors and is window-lined for beautiful panoramic views from ocean to sound. Its provides plenty of comfortable space for gathering with family and friends, and features a 52 in. flat-screen tv, with dvd, stereo with 5-disc cd, and surround sound, mounted over the gas fireplace. A long dining table and a smaller round table seat a total of 16. Watch the brilliant sunset as you prepare the catch of the day in the spacious gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, a center island with 6-burner cooktop, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a 2nd island with a wet bar, icemaker and 5 bar seats.
