Coronado Village 2400 sq ft Private Home 'no sterile rental property'. located one block from Coronado White Sand Beach and a short walk to the historical HoteI Del. It is one of the owner's personal homes. The deluxe master suite is located at the end of a long hall, is private from the rest of the house, has a bay window seat for reading and relaxing. Walk out the French doors to the back yard and Jacuzzi. At the front door, you enter the formal living room, go down the hall to the two guest rooms, each with their own designer full bath. If you turn right at the formal living, you enter the dining room and the 'great' room. To your left is a fully furnished kitchen, with Decor Double Ovens, cook top, all appliances, lots of counter top to please the particular chief. Exit the 'great' room to the covered patio with stainless steel grill, lovely rose garden, and private back yard. The minute you arrive, you will feel at home. Immaculately furnished for the particular person

Visit the Hotel Del Coronado. It is a Victorian historic retreat that has been visited by royalty, celebrities and US presidents (over a dozen of them, including Mr. Clinton) for more than 100 years. Thomas Edison threw the first electrical switch here in 1888. This made the hotel the first in the West with electrical lighting. Within 'The Del' itself is a wide variety of specialty shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars. The City of Coronado is rich in history, natural beauty and a charming ocean village atmosphere. It is most deserving of its royal 'nickname' - the Crown City. The uniquely enchanting city which measures only 13.5 square miles, is home to 28 miles of the world's most pristine beaches, 18 public parks, an 18-hold golf course, tennis courts, public pool and recreation facilities as well as dedicated bicycle paths. It is a shorty ferry ride to downtown San Diego. The San Diego Zoo is a 15 minute drive from Coronado. Sea World is approximately 20-25 minutes from Coronado
