Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This is a fully remodeled beautiful two-story condo with an ocean view of New Smyrna Beach. Located in Building C which is just off the beach. Short walking distance to the beach it sits behind building B.

Interior includes a new kitchen, new leather couches, paint, carpet, tables. Super clean, non-smoking environment is a light and airy décor. All is provided for your arrival. The 2 bedrooms are very private and quiet on the second level.

Beautiful refinished pool area overlooking the ocean. Great spot for families/children. No driving access on this section of the beach makes for a safe environment for kids to play on the beach; you can supervise them from the pool area as well while they are in plain view. A very relaxing peaceful place to vacation whether you are leaving the north for the winter or plan on vacationing for a couple of weeks. You'll love this area. Supermarkets, restaurants, Walmart, Blockbuster, movies very close by. Easy access to Daytona Beach as well.

About The Owner

Family owned condo that is more than well cared for. We have owned the unit for approx 10 years.

Why The Owner chose New Smyrna Beach

We loved this property as it is family oriented, on the no drive section of the beach and on the smaller side rather than large multiple story buildings, which makes for easy access to pool or beach at all times. The property is kept up and well maintained at all times as well.

What makes this condo unique

We also love the fact that the pool is directly on the beach where you can view both making it easy to watch the kids/family members switch from pool to beach. From what I've heard this is the only unit at NSB that the pool is not in the 'middle' of the complex and where the beach is always visible from the pool.

Simple Pleasure

Can't tell you what a great time we had while in New Smyrna! Loved the complex and our condo - it was so nice, clean and homey. Terrific pool, great beach and very relaxing in that everyone in the area was friendly and helpful. We had some delicious meals at Aunt Catfish, Dolphin Watch Seafood and PJ's. As we ate the rest of our meals in, it was nice to have a well equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, blender and a nice updated stove. Very comfortable beds, I slept on the futon bunk and between the sun and the food - and a great bed, slept like a baby. Loved the downstairs shower and plentiful towels. Also enjoyed all of the good shopping in the are... maybe a little TOO MUCH! We are planning to be in Orlando in the fall for a visit to Disney World and may have to sneak off for a few days in New Smyrna! Thanks for the hospitality - we will be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

My family has stayed in this condo twice - it's a wonderful condo and location. All the amenities of a wonderful relaxed vacation are here. The pool and beach are a few steps from each other. There is a very convenient laundry facility in the building. The condo has a great setup- full kitchen, with dining area and living room with excellent TV/VCR, balcony. The king bed in the master bedroom is VERY comfortable. There are 2 full bathrooms. Grocery, restaurants and fun are close by. New Smyrna Beach is a great family vacation and this is a wonderful condo to stay at!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This was our 2nd summer staying in this condo. Very clean, neat and beautifully decorated. Great place for a family vacation. We will be back next summer.....absolutely love it!!!
