Also includes a screened back porch. Furnished and equipped with all the modern conveniences. Close to a fishing pier and game room. A few feet from the Gulf and the Canal. Across the street from a boat ramp. Within walking or biking distance from Restaurants and Shops. Mexico Beach has excellent fishing, crabbing, scalloping, boating, shelling, snorkeling, kayaking, sunning, swimming, and golfing nearby. This spacious rental is less than a 3 minute walk to the Emerald Green waters and sparkling white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.
