5 Star Luxury Waters End Farm, barn conversion accessed by private drive, stands in 40 acres of lovely kent countryside. Very comfortable, two double bedrooms (one can be twin), Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. A well furnished good sized lounge/diner/kitchen. Kitchen has double electric oven,gas hob, Butlers sink, Miele dishwasher,washer/dryer,full sized fridge, freezer and microwave. Lounge has a woodburner surrounded by luxury seating.Two French windows lead out to deck and own garden with cedar summerhouse and barbecue. Underfloor heating, slate floors throughout and high ceilings. Beds and linen are all best quality (synthetic bedding can be provided on request). TV and DVD players and WIFI in every room, well furnished throughout, rated 5 Star silver by the Tourist Board and 5 star AA. All of this is set in peace and quiet with 40 acres of lakes and woodlands.
We have lovely Pubs, plenty of walks and lots to do in the area. Local towns are 10 min, Tenterden and Cranbrook, village shop 5 minutes.
