Ground Level: The entrance leads to an open rec room featuring a large screen tv, vcr, stereo, and a generous wet bar equipped w/icemaker, bar fridge, and microwave. There is a full bath which opens onto the patio and hot tub deck, and the laundry room. The elevator allows easy access to the upper levels.
Mid Level: The beautiful entry leads to an open den w/ sleep sofa that is flanked by 2 bedrooms and a bath on either side. A King bedroom, a room with a Queen , and a large wheelchair accessible hall bath, equipped with grab bars by toilet, are on the north end. A King bedroom and a room with a Duobunk are on the south end along with another hall bath. Most rooms have deck access and nice ocean views.
Top Level: Glorious ocean views greet your arrival. Gleaming hardwood floors lead you to the sitting area with tv, vcr, stereo with cd, and gas fireplace. The adjacent dining area is separated from the spacious gourmet kitchen by a long bar island with bar chairs and a six burner gas Jenn-Air cooktop. Granite countertops, a Sub-Zero fridge, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and a marvelous marsh and sunset view make the job of meal preparation a pleasure. A second washer and dryer are cunningly hidden in one of the kitchen cabinets. There is a handsome wheelchair accessible King mbr (with grab bars) with a whirlpool. It also adjoins a full hall bath.
