Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Great having secure parking. We had everything we could possibly want and Debra was very helpful. Numerous restaurants at the harbour within walking distance. Lovely walk to Eastbourne pier along the sea front. We were lucky with the weather so able to sit on the balcony and take advantage of the lovely sea view

I was here last summer on vacation with my partner and our 6 month old daughter. The apartment was everything that we had hoped for - clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and in a nice, quiet neighbourhood - and whatever additional needs we had were promptly and immaculately dealt with by Debby. The apartment is situated really close to the marina and we enjoyed walking into the center of Eastbourne as well. We especially loved the walkaround balcony and the view of the English channel. Eastbourne is a nice city and a good starting-place for exploring South East England. We can definitely recommend staying at Seaview. Perhaps we´ll even return there ourselves! :-)

Have just had a fantastic Easter holiday staying at "Seaview" can thoroughly recommend it. Debra was very welcoming and friendly, had even hidden some eggs for my children to find! The apartment was as good if not better than the photos, which certainly made a refreshing change. Plenty of room for the four of us, very clean and comfortable and everything in excellent order with little personal touches. The seaviews and wraparound balcony really made the place special. We enjoyed Eastbourne and surrounding area very much, it was easy to walk to local facilities at Marina and walk into Eastbourne or use local Dotto train or bus. We had a daytrip to Brighton on the train, visited Hastings, Bexhill-on-Sea, Pevensey, Seaford, Seven Sisters and Beachy Head. There was really so much to see and do, lots of history to soak up and beautiful scenery, plenty of sea air - a wonderful holiday will definitely be back!
