Ground Level: Awaiting your arrival is a spacious rec room which opens onto the pool area and is equipped with a pool table and foosball, a wet bar with full-size refrigerator, undercounter icemaker and wine cooler, an entertainment center with tv/dvd and stereo/cd, and comfortable sectional seating. There is a sunny office with a desk, a sleep sofa , access to the pool area, and French doors which when closed, provide a quiet and private space. There are 2 King mbrs (the bath of one also opens to the rec room), and a large mbr with 2 Duobunks . All rooms have tvs. An elevator allows easy access to all levels. The laundry is on this level, and a half bath is accessible from the pool deck. The hot tub is in the pool area. A lighted private walkway leads to a dunetop ocean gazebo with a bar refrigerator.
Mid Level: Take the elevator or stairs to the next level where the main entry hall opens onto a generous den with deck access and lovely ocean views, a table with 4 chairs, perfect for a game of cards or Monopoly, a well-equipped entertainment center, a nearby half bath, and plenty of seating for enjoying a movie or conversation with loved ones. This level has 4 bedrooms, all with private baths and tvs: there are 2 King mbrs , one is a handicapped accessible and the other has an adjoining nursery furnished with a Daybed , crib and changing table; there is also a mbr with Doubles and a mbr with 2 Duobunks . A covered oceanfront deck runs the length of the house and leads down to the pool.
Top Level: You are greeted with expansive views of the sparkling ocean when you ascend to the window-lined great room which features a gas fireplace, a built-in entertainment center with tv/dvd, stereo/cd, and wine cooler, and a variety of comfortable seating for enjoying the view while visiting with family and friends. The adjoining dining area has a long table seating 16. The adjacent gourmet kitchen has lots of workspace, allowing several cooks to work together comfortably. A 6 burner stove and dual ovens and dishwashers ease the task of meal preparation. The kitchen island has an icemaker and additional bar seating. A gas grill is located right outside on the deck. A bright sun room with wood paneled vaulted ceiling and access to the oceanfront deck, opens off the kitchen; a great spot for relaxing with a good book. A large raised ship's watch faces west for enjoying the famous Corolla sunsets; it has another table and chairs providing more dining and play options. There is a convenient half bath and another King mbr on this level; this one features a gas fireplace, whirlpool tub and separate tiled shower, tv and access to the deck overlooking the ever beautiful Atlantic.
