Originally built as a model home, this premier Pine Island castle embodies the very finest in luxurious seaside living. Uniquely designed, featuring soaring vaulted ceilings, rich oak woodwork, dramatic faux stone details, tiled designer baths, and upscale fixtures and furnishings, this truly magnificent home is further enhanced by walls of windows affording endless views of the ever changing ocean and the serene beauty of the marshy islands of the Narrows in the sound. Ground Level: A very large rec room opens to the spacious pool deck with hot tub and built-in gas grill, and provides a pool table, bumper pool/poker table, foosball, tv/dvd, stereo, comfortable sectional sofa, and a kitchen with full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, wet bar with icemaker, butcher block island, and snack bar with seats. A mirror lined workout area has 3 exercise machines and tv. Directly accessing the pool area is a King room with tv/dvd/vcr sharing a bath with a room with 2 Bunk Sets . There is a Queen mbr with tv/dvd/vcr, the double laundry and a half bath.
Mid Level: The grand entry hall with leaded glass door and circular stair opens to the two story great room, window lined for awesome ocean views and accented with columns, pine flooring, and a massive stone wall featuring a raised hearth, gas fireplace, tv, dvd, and stereo. The kitchen has granite countertops, a gas cooktop, convection oven, electric stove, undercounter icemaker and beverage fridge, and island wet bar with second dishwasher. Counter has seating for 6 while 2 dining tables seat a total of 14. A cozy sitting area has a gas fireplace and tv/dvd, and decks open off both sides. A King mbr has tv/dvd/vcr and a private oceanfront deck. Its oversized bath with whirlpool and tiled double shower, connects to an oak paneled den overlooking the sound.
Top Level: The circular stair leads to an open loft overlooking the great room and provides a table and chairs for games or puzzles. There are 2 King mbrs , one with whirlpool and the other with soaking tub and window seat, and a semi-private Queen mbr . A Queen mb r with a whirlpool and a private den with desk, gas fireplace, tv/dvd/vcr, and Queen sleep sofa , both open to the west deck with fabulous sound views. All bedrooms have tv with vcr and/or dvd, and beautiful views.
