Nestled among rustling pines and sturdy live oaks, this well-equipped beach retreat features classical Greek motifs and beautiful prints of sunbathed white washed villages, while each of its bedrooms is named for an Aegean island. Newly refurbished for 2009, this comfortable vacation home is just a short walk from the beach, oceanfront pools, and the many Corolla Light amenities. This one’s sure to become a new family favorite.
Ground level: Has a rec room with pool/ping pong table, tv and vcr, stereo with tape and cd, a wet bar with full fridge and microwave, and access to the back patio with hot tub. There is also a semi-private mbr with 2 Singles .
Mid level: The spacious main entry hall leads to 2 Queen mbrs , both with deck access, and a semi-private Double mbr which shares its full bath with a room with 2 Bunk sets . All bedrooms have tvs and two have vcrs. The laundry is on this level.
Top level: Surrounded by windows, the open and airy great room provides plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing while watching the flat screen HDtv with vcr/dvd, listening to the stereo with tape and cd, and during chilly weather, enjoying the gas fireplace. A glass top table with 4 cushioned chairs is perfect for games, while the dining table seats 10. The roomy kitchen has 3 ovens, a new stainless side by side fridge and work space for several cooks including an island bar with 6 stools. Watch the sun set through the pines from the screened porch furnished with a table and chairs. Catch some rays or relax in the hammock or swing on 2 levels of wraparound decking. A King mbr with whirlpool, tv/vcr, and deck access completes this level.
