With views over the world-famous San Antonio bay, with its bright Mediterranean blue during the day, and striking sunsets in the evening, this villa has been built to order and carefully finished off and decorated by its owners over the last 10 years. Every detail has been selected with the highest degree of care and attention to style, from the cool ‘Valencia Cream’ marble floors to the hand-crafted Iroko doors with matching furniture. The lounge has a touch of oriental with designer leather couches and a bold red wall, whilst the dining room is surrounded by arched windows and can hold a dinner for 10. If you prefer to dine outside though, your preferences have been catered for with a traditional Ibizan countryside bread oven, an outdoor barbecue and kitchen, and a giant wooden table surrounded by built-in cushioned seating, all in a comfortable shaded area of the garden.
This is also a surprisingly quiet street with only the sound of birds and the occasional cricket breaking the silence.
Only a few minutes’ walk away from the bay of ‘Es Torrent’,facing the Balearic sea, you will find this spacious villa replete with the traditional clean white lines, neatly tended lawns, and large windows that are so characteristic of Ibizan style. Its secluded invisible-edge pool, lined with apricot, pomegranate, plum, acerola, and lemon trees is one of its best features, and it won’t fail to ensure your stay in this villa is a relaxing one.
This villa is very easily accessed from the airport, San Antonio, and Ibiza town. Only a few minutes’ walk away, you have a small supermarket with international foods, and a bar and restaurant. You can also take the bus from the end of the road into San Antonio and its vibrant nightlife and beach front restaurants and lounge bars, or the picturesque village of San José with its tapas bars and international restaurants. The beach is less than 1km away and you can find all sorts of sea-related activities in the vicinity, such as scuba diving centres, sailing schools, and boat or kayak hire. If you are staying in this villa, a car is not essential unless you fancy exploring the island.
