Apartments with 1 bedroom plus living area extremely wide

This stone house on two floors in the historical center of Monteverdi offers the possibility of renting two apartments, one of the first and one on the second floor from me respectively called 'flat white' and 'blue flat'. Having the need to have many beds you can rent both at a discounted price. Both apartments are tastefully furnished with beds from new mattresses, all the furniture is of excellent quality. The altitude of Monteverdi (350 m above sea level) means that in the summer the air is cool and dry even though it is only 20 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast.

The white apartment of 50 sqm on the first floor has a double bedroom and a living area. The latter is very large and can sleep 2 people atre as there is a bed (120x200) and a 2-seater sofa. The historical center is the source of Monteverdi Maritime Medieval and stands on a rocky hillside at 365 m in height surrounded by thick woods. We are on the border of the provinces of Pisa, Livorno and Grosseto, it is possible to easily reach all the famous and beautiful tourist areas of cultural interest of the coast and the Tuscan Maremma. The apartments are located in the historic center of town about 15 km from Castagneto Carducci. The position promotes a climate cool and dry in the summer months despite being only 20 km from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Etruscan Coast.

Notes

  • Rental prices are inclusive of electricity, water and gas. Arrival is requested a deposit of 50 € payable on site to collect the keys, and will be returned upon return of the same. If you require linen and towels the cost is 20 Euro per person. The final cleaning is obligatory and costs 30 Euro, if there are children or pets, there is a surcharge of 20 Euro.
  • In the winter period will be charged the gas (by meter reading) used for heating at a price of 3.8 euro per sq m.
