Comfortable and affordable. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfectly situated to take advantage of wonderful mountain views from the large open living room. There is also a separate family room with a new flat screen television and an over stuffed sofa which pulls out to a full size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all new appliances.
Outside, you can enjoy Tucson's beautiful weather while sitting under the covered patio, lounging by the pool or soaking in the spa.

This home is ideally located with easy access to shopping and dining. The property is just a mile down the street from the popular Pima Canyon trail head where you can enjoy the rugged beauty of the southwest. This neighborhood is right next to Westward Look Resort and just moments from Tucson's newest nicest outdoor mall, La Encantada.

This is the perfect retreat for the traveler who wants to be in a great location at a great price and doesn't mind being in an older home.
The Pool may be heated for an additional fee.
