Master bedroom has Queen bed and mountain views, Guest bedroom also has a Queen bed, additionally there is a sofa sleeper if needed. The covered patio has wonderful views of the mountains, sunsets, & city lights. This unit also has a stacked washer and dryer. This is a smaller condo complex at the top of Kolb Road and shares a boundary with the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Spa. Many guests note how nice the community grounds are with natural desert landscaping, easy access to services at Loews and hiking out your back door. Enjoy 2 heated pools and spas, 2 clubhouses for gatherings, keyed business center with highspeed computers, keyed fitness center, lighted tennis court and private keyed access to Ventana Canyon Trailhead.
