Come stay at our bright, beautiful beach villa! In one of the most desirable locations on Hilton Head, it has 12' ceilings, new kitchen and baths, new furniture and wood flooring. It is both spacious, comfortable AND it's right across the street from the beach!

Walk two minutes to the beach, pool, tennis courts, and South Beach Marina with its boutiques and restaurants (including the famous Salty Dog Cafe!). Golf courses are minutes away. With over 50 miles of public bike paths and 12 miles of beach to ride on, Hilton Head has become a bicycle friendly community.

About Richard and Roslyn Grossman

My husband and I grew up in NYC/New Jersey area and now live in Atlanta. When our 2 sons were little, we discovered Hilton Head Island's unparalleled beauty, and returned every year. After retiring a few years ago we bought this villa and now own a little piece of the paradise. We love coming here whenever we want and being able to share the magic with others too. - Roslyn & Richard

We love the beach, riding bikes, and being surrounded by semi-tropical flora and wildlife. Once we are here, there is no need for a car. Although our villa is at the end of the island and very quiet, within two minutes we can walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, shops, and restaurants.

Richard and I especially love to take a stroll on the beach just before sundown to watch the dolphins. It is so peaceful then and we feel like our normal hectic life is worlds away.

What makes this villa unique

Our villa is a 'happy' place with high ceilings and decorated in primary colors. We worked hard to make each room not only beautiful, but also comfortable and relaxing - a place we would love to come to ourselves and where others could feel at home.

I stayed at this wonderful property in April 2010, and should have posted this sooner. However, I am coming back in March/April 2013 because it is a perfect 5 out of 5!

The cheerful colors and brighness pour through the windows.
The close proximity to the Sakty Dog, bike trails, Harbour Town and so many more exciting and relaxing thihgs to see and do are more than this space allows.

Rich and Roz are so nice that if we let everyone know of this wonderful property it will fill up and then we won't have a chance to come back again, again and again!!!

Wonderful place to stay for a family vacation

Our family decide to try VRBO this time and we could not be more pleased. The place was very clean and comfortable. Pictures on the website accurately depicts what you should expect. They however provided a lot of extra's like beach chairs, toys, umbrella, beach towels... all of which made it a lot easier for us. We used the kitchen a lot and it was well equipped. Condo is also in an ideal location. Close to the beach and restaurants but yet very quite.
The owners are very easy to communicate with. Instructions/tips provided were very accurate and descriptive of what to expect. We also accidentally left some stuff and they were very helpful so we could get the items back.
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Thank you very much.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable!

Our family stayed here as a last-minute get-away before school started. The location was perfect for us. Right across the street from a beautiful beach looking at Daufuskie Island where the dolphin swim. We had dolphin swim right next to us just a couple feet off shore. Through the parking lot is Salty Dog cafe, the pool, bike rentals and boat rentals. Everything you need is within a very short walk. The condo itself is well appointed, clean and bright and cheery. It has everything you need and is well organized. We rode our bikes on the trails all over Sea Pines as well as up the beach to an area with more waves for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the owners willingness to rent for a partial week. Thank you!

Great value everything you need within walking distance as described. Beach is not for the shell hunters but great for biking. Thank you for allowing us to share your perfect hideaway. Great movie theater just a 10min drive just outside the greenwood gate in case you get a rainy day, which from what we found out doesn't happen very often. The food at all the restaurants at South Beach is worth many return visits. If you are looking for the perfect cocktail I recommend a Dark And Stormy at Lands End Tavern just ask for (Philly) he will be glad to fix you up. If you are looking to relax then don't pass this one up worth every penny!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. We loved the quiet location and the fact that we were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bike rentals. The seafood at The Salty Dog was spectacular! The bike ride to Harbour Town was beautiful! The condo itself was clean, colorful and very homey. We enjoyed watching the dolphins at the local beach, but spent most of our beach time at Coligny Beach, a ten minute drive up the road. The shops, atmosphere and wide beach at Coligny were a nice variation. We took a day to visit Savannah and did the trolley tours of both the historical district as well as a ghost tour. Absolutely loved it! The history and beauty of Savannah was wonderful to experience. We've been to many beaches along the gulf coast of Florida and the eastern seaboard, and Hilton Head Island is a favorite. A truly stunning place to visit.
