Beachfront villa, located on two floors, with panoramic view

The house stands in a panoramic position at the top of the small village perched S. Gregory, a few meters from the sea. Spread over two floors. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms: one double, one twin bedroom, a small room with a bed, bathroom with shower, a closet. The mezzanine floor has a kitchen with access onto a balcony, a bathroom with shower, a spacious and bright living room with access to a large terrace, complete with outdoor table and chairs and umbrella, with a magnificent sea view. Possibility of two additional beds, with sofa opening. The house has all the amenities, washing machine and air conditioner. Possibility of parking in front of the house with ease. The sea is accessed on foot along an impressive stone staircase. The beaches are free, but nearby there are also equipped with water games. Welcome gift, wine and other local products.

S. Gregory is one of the last resort of the Ionian coast, which washes the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small village, very quiet and not crowded, where there are two newsagents, a mini market, two bars and two restaurants serving fresh fish. Because of its morphology, the bay on which it stands, was once a natural harbor. The coast is spread around, alternating small rocky coves, to stretches of fine white sand. At about 4 km south of St. Gregory, S. rises Maria di Leuca, very lively and busy port town.
