Incredible variety of summer events in surrounding towns, especially Frisco - Main Street of the Rockies - and Breckenridge.
3 sleeping areas on two floors: Master on first floor with king bed and comfortable futon; upstairs master with another king and loft with sturdy bunk beds. Easily sleeps 6, could push to 8 or 9 if there are kids in your group - Extra mattress / linens / blankets for the little ones or the hard core.
2 full, clean baths - one on each floor, and half bath on first floor. Washer and Dryer. Great afternoon sun in living room and good air flow makes your place as warm or cool as you like. Functional kitchen, complete with all dinnerware, cooking utensils, cooking oil, and basic spices. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster and electric hot water heater for tea. Dishwasher.

Super quick access by car and easy walking distance (5 mins) to Safeway (grocery store), Liquor store, Bike/Kayak Rental shops, Coffee shops, Fast food, Gas station and Wal-Mart (yes, this does comes in handy!). Immediate access to Dillon Reservoir on bike/walking trails. Ride your bike around the lake, rent a Pontoon Boat or a Kayak at the Marina, or take the Water Taxi from the Marina to Dillon to enjoy a free summer outdoor concert.
10 minute drive to Silverthorne Outlet Shops and fantastic Gold Medal Fly Fishing on the Blue River – park your car in the outlets’ lot, put your rod together, slip your waders on and wade right into the river.
5 minute drive into downtown Frisco, a true-blue Colorado mountain town featuring unique shops, excellent restaurants / watering holes, an old time candy shop and a very cool museum.
