Three bedroomed chalet with private pool and large terraces

In the centre of Puerto de la Cruz this three bedroomed chalet offers lots of space and stunning views to the Mount Teide.

The house is set amongst three others in an elevated position to capture the views,and there are stairs leading to the house. Upon entering the terrace area the pool and house are all on one level.

With large terraces and a private swimming pool,with patio furniture small bar and BBQ perfect for lazy days.

The chalet has three bedrooms,one double with separate WC. The second bedroom has twin beds, and the third has a single bed with a pull out bed to accommodate a sixth person.

A family bathroom. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar. The large and airy lounge diner is comfortably furnished. A separate terrace area at the back of the house provides lots of space for a family.

The house is equipped with everything needed for a perfect holiday.

Close to the famous Loro Parque and botanical gardens.

The Chalet would suit couples and families alike. The outside pool terrace has a small bar area with fridge freezer and large gas BBQ. Lots of outside seating areas and sun loungers for the perfect day by the pool, eating, drinking and having fun or just relaxing. The Chalet has lots for Adults and children to enjoy a holiday in the sun.

Great apartment, very good value

We have recently returned from a very enjoyable holiday in this property and would heartily recommend it as a base for a stay in the Puerto de la Cruz area.
The apartment has everything you could wish for in a holiday home. The owner has done a great deal to make it enjoyable and was extremely helpful when it came to arranging the holiday. We were very comfortable and all the facilities provided were excellent.
All the amenities of the town are within reasonable walking distance with three supermarkets quite close by and one of the main attractions, Loro Parque, close enough for an easy walk.
Puerto de la Cruz is a fairly hilly town, however, and when combined with the steps up to the apartment does tend to make for a fairly energetic holiday. At the end of the day though, the private pool at the apartment is an ideal relaxing and cooling off feature.
As a touring base, the apartment (with its garage parking) and the town make an ideal place to stay. On the other hand, we managed to fill our time very well without the need for a car. The bus station is quite close and outings to interesting places easily and cheaply arranged.
We were very satisfied with our time here and are very much contemplating a return visit.

Excellent villa, convenient for centre of town

We stayed at this villa for 10 days and had a fabulous time.

We were a group of 4 adults and 1 child.

The villa had everything that you would need for a comfortable holiday. There was plenty of seating and dining areas and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The pool was great for playing in, our 4 year old loved splashing around with her grandparents.

The neighbouring villas are very quiet and the centre of town is a 10 minute walk away.

The property description online was very accurate. The property was clean upon arrival and the welcome pack that was provided was very welcome as we arrived late at night.

We would definitely recommend the property to friends and relatives, if fact we'd like to visit again ourselves.

WE BOOKED OUR STAY LAST MINUTE AND OUR FIRST TIME IN PRIVATE HOUSE..
THE HOUSE IS IN A GREAT LOCATION FOR BEACH.HUGE TERRACE AREA GREAT FOR BBQ.
HOUSE IS BIGGER THAN IT LOOKS AND HAS ALL YOU NEED AND MORE FOR A SUPER HOLIDAY.THE KIDS LOVE THE POOL ALL TO THEMSELVES YET A BIT CHILLY .
CAR PARKING WAS GREAT. EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED WAS ON YOUR DOORSTEP.
A GREAT FAMILY HOUSE IN A NICE SPOT .
FULLY EQUIPED KITCHEN WIFE LOVES IT.THE HOUSE HAS LOTS OF INFO ON THE ISLAND GREAT HELP.
WE WILL BE LOOKING TO BOOK AGAIN.
WHILE IN TENERIFE THE LORO PARK IS A MUST.

We spend two weeks here This had everything we wanted and more, certainly more than we expected. Exactly as described All our need catered for. Alison was most helpful. It was quiet though within easy reach of all amenities. I would certainly recommend this to family and friends (only one small point) If in wheelchair not easily accessed. My husband and family loved this. Very spacious clean and well furnished to a very high standard. Excellent parking provided. Thank you again Alison

Wonderful family villa in Puerto de la Cruz

My family had a great 2 weeks in this villa during the last two weeks of August. The villa is large and clean. There was a highly appreciated welcome pack of wine, beer, bread, water and essentials as we arrived at 11pm after a long day of travelling. The pool was the big hit with my two boys (12 & 14 years old) as was the pool table (which was a little worn and faded, but perfected for them). There's a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away and the town main square with lots of restaurants 10 minutes away, admittedly at the bottom of a steep slope. The provided parking place was very useful for the hire-car. Alison the owner was extremely quick and helpful in dealing with with our enquires. I can recommend to everyone with a large family (we invited the mother-in-law and sister-in-law around for a few days too).

The only problem would be for people with mobility problems due to the steep flight of stairs to the entrance and the steep hill. Also spanish TV is awful so bring lots of DVDs or stream stuff via the reasonably fast broadband.
