This charming, two bedroom home is located on a quiet, safe, residential dead-end street, overlooking a wide canal that leads to Lemon Bay (two bridges). You will be just just three miles (five minutes) from the beaches of Manasota Key and close to shops, restaurants and golf.
The pool has a pool cage with a large sunning area and is solar heated. The fully equipped, open floor plan modern kitchen has a breakfast bar. The dining/sun room overlooks the pool and canal. The living room has a comfortable queen sofa bed for those extra guests. You will find a extra shower, sink and toilet in the utility area of the garage. There is a dock for your boat with electric davits. You are about fifteen minutes by boat from Lemon Bay at no wake speed.
You will find everything you need for a great vacation, as we equipped and decorated this as our second home. .

Overlooking a wide canal on a very quiet street but just a few blocks to everything. We bought in Englewood as it is quiet and laid back, like old Florida. Parks and nature preserves abound.
Just the right size and easy to take care of. We love being on the water althogh while we have a doc, no boat at the moment..
Thanks for everything! The pool was great, the house was great. We couldn't have asked for better waether if we directly ordered it.We enjoyed the beach, race track and mineature golf. The ultimate was fishing off the pier, watching the dolphns play and the sunset. The day before we left the orange blossoms started to come out on the trees. I remember the smell when I was a kid and never forgot it.Soon we will be heading North to the rain. Hopefully the snow will be gone.
