The serenity of this 1700 sq-ft residence, with its warm floor-to-ceiling poplar interior, delivers comfort with great style. A very private 2-acre property, it is located only 15 minutes away from Lunenburg (a UNESCO World Heritage Town) and a 1.5 hour drive from Halifax International Airport.

Striking in its simplicity, the cool modern exterior opens up to a dramatic double-height main floor living area designed and optimized for its views. A bank of windows spans the length of the entire building, framing a maritime masterpiece of ocean and sky. Beyond the kitchen area, the living room features an inset wood-burning fireplace and leads to an enclosed skylight deck. A generous-sized master bedroom, bath and desk complete the upper floor. On the lowest level is a separate bedroom and laundry room. Whenever possible, the furnishings were made locally or sourced in Canada, and designed with natural materials.
