  • A valid credit card is required at arrival in lieu of a payment of a security deposit. No payment will be processed, unless there are expenses incurred related to damage, rental extensions, excessive cleaning or laundry.

    $300 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

    Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the unit is rebooked for the same time period.

    Reservations will be cancelled at 60 days prior to arrival if full payment is not received.

Michigan Girls Comments about Coles Cay: April 5, 2008 C-ouldn’t wait to catch the rays of sunshine after all the cold so O-ver the Mason-Dixon Line we did go L-eaving behind the waist deep snow E-ach year our love for this ocean front condo does grow S-trawberry daiquiris on the lanai did flow C-atching the dolphins frolicking in the early morning’s glow A-ll enjoyed the pontoon ride, we had soaking rain though Y-earning already to return to Smuggler’s Cove, here’s hoping the year does not go too slow!
