Rustic Chalet 7 bedrooms for 12 persons near the sea

For rent by week, beautiful country house. The house is surrounded by an estate of olive and carob trees in the maritime area of ​​Perello, 5 km from the village and 1 km from the lovely beaches. Rustic style house of 300 m2 living space, constructed by hand and down to the smallest detail such as wooden beams and handrails view inside work, stone fireplace, heating, etc.. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom (shower), 2 bedrooms with twin beds, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with stone fireplace, dining room, barbecue, garden and a lovely pool 10x5 meters. The whole house is surrounded by plants and palm trees, amid ideal for families with children or weekend getaways field. Rent on weekly or fortnightly (July-August-September) and the rest of the year as requests. The capacity of the house is 12 people with the possibility of 2 extra beds, reaching 14 people.

The house is located in the beaches and belongs to the municipality of Perello (5 km), but is 6 km from l'ampoule and 7 km of Ametlla de Mar, both populations with the highway A -7.

 

The nearest beaches are home to the beach of Santa Llucia (family), sandy l'Àliga (family), Cala Moros (small sandy cove) and for those who love spearfishing, we creeks as we call Cala Garretes, although access is a little to adventurous. Very close to the home town of L'Ampoule, fishing village is a marina and where you can enjoy a delicious fresh fish at a great price. About 20 km away is the Natural Park of Delta del Ebro, where you can do different activities like Kuads, kayaking or visiting the protected area.

For those urbanites who need a dose of city and environment, Port Aventura you have to spend a day with the kids, to see the environment Salou tourist or ancient Tarraco Romana to spend a cultural day.

Casa de primera qualidad con vistas estupendas

Pasamos una semana muy bonita con dos niños (5 y 7 años) en la casa rustica en el Perello. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y nos han recibido con mucha atención y profesionalidad. La casa es de construcción de cualidad muy bien cuidada y limpia con muchos detalles, muchas habitaciones, un comedor amplio, dos terrazas y con una piscina con agua impecable y un mantenimiento diario. Lo único que se tiene que tener en cuenta es que con las buenas conexiones que tiene la casa con la autovía y la carretera principal cerca, también se escucha estas carreteras cercanas dependiendo del viento, más o menos. Aparte de esto se está completamente tranquilo con mucho terreno, árboles y un jardín. Lo interior y las instalaciones internas de la casa no son los más modernas pero son funcionales y buenas tal como se ve en las fotos. Lo más especial al lado de la construcción y el ambiente es la vista al mar desde las terrazas y desde la piscina - una vista de casi 180grados al mar hasta el delta del Ebro. Con el coche se alcanza fácilmente calas bonitas y las playas al rededor, El Perello, Ametlla de Mar y Tres Calas, Restaurantes, etc. Recomendamos esta casa!

We have spent a very nice week with two kids (5 and 7) in this house! The owners are very nice and attended us with much attention and professionalism. The house is a quality construction with many details, many different rooms a nice living room, two terraces and a very nice and clean pool. With the good connection to the highway comes the noise of the roads depending on the wind, but besides this it is totally tranquil with trees and a garden and nobody around. The interior and the internal installations are not the most modern, but functional and good the way one can see on the photos. From the terrace and the pool you have the most spectacular view of about 180 degrees of the sea till the Delta of the Ebro. There are nice beaches nearby and well accessible with the car, Perello, Ametlla, Tres Calas and more, Restaurants and everything you need within 10-30 minutes driving distance. We can recommend this house!

Villa vetuste dans un lieu trop bruyant !

A notre arrivée, la maison nous semblait convenable, cependant rapidement en y séjournant nous avons découvert de mauvaises surprises !. La piscine est mal entretenue (terrasse autour de la piscine non jointée), tas de gravas en bordure de la piscine, barres d'acier dépassant des murets dangereuses pour les enfants .
Prolongement de la terrasse par une dalle juste bétonnée non carrelée !
Ateliers derrières la piscine accessibles aux enfants contenant des outils dangereux. Dans la cuisine, sous un meuble, se trouve une pompe bruyante se mettant en marche continuellement, la cuisine est en mauvaise état,(carrelage décollée !!), certains ustensiles sont rouillées ! le frigo a 20 ans !! nous n'avions même pas 13 bols pour le petit déjeuner, alors que nous avions loué pour 13 personnes.
Vous avez 2 terrasses, dont l'une est équipée d'un barbecue mal conçue (pas d'arrivée d'air) donc 2 heures pour avoir des braises. Cette terrasse n'est même pas carrelée entrainant le nettoyage quotidien du salon se situant jusqu' à côté.L'éclairage de cette terrasse est dangereux(domino électrique visible sans protection), à débrancher lorsqu'il y a de la pluie au risque de court circuit !

Vous avez une chambre au dernier étage (située dans la tour). la vue est très agréable, cependant vous êtes réveillés dès le lever du jour car il n'y a pas de volets et les rideaux ne sont pas occultant !!

Vous avez des poteaux électriques dans tout le jardin qui dénaturent la vue
et vous avez un bruit continue de l'autoroute longeant la villa...(moins de 400 m)
Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied a la plage mais je vous le déconseille, 20 minutes minimum pour vous y rendre, 35 minutes minimum pour rentrer, vu la montée (déconseillé pour les personnes âgées ou les jeunes enfants).
De plus, cette plage n'est pas adaptée pour les enfants car faite de gravillons et non surveillée. L 'idéal est la plage "CAP ROY" accessible en 15 minutes en voiture.

Je vous conseille aussi un 4X4 pour vous rendre à la villa vu l'état du chemin qui est non goudronné ! Surtout évitez la voiture neuve car le chemin étroit, griffe les carrosseries et les voitures à chassies bas sont à proscrire !
Je vous déconseille donc cette villa trop vétuste et mal entretenue
