Our Villa is a luxury home, with full air conditioning set in the small-gated community situated within Lely Resort Golf and Country Club, Just minutes from beautiful beaches, Fifth Avenue shops, Naples Pier, Marco Island, World Class Golf Courses, and numerous fine dining establishments. Furnished to a very high standard with a beautiful pool overlooking the golf course, it is the perfect setting to watch the Florida sunsets while enjoying a chilled glass of wine or a cool beer.
The villa is South-South West facing and the lounge, dining area and master bedroom all have direct access to the large heated pool with covered lanai with fan, perfect for an outdoor charcoal BBQ. Lely has three superb Golf courses, two of which are public courses served by the newly designed Flamingo Clubhouse which is in walking distance of the villa. Here there is also a Restaurant and Bar and Golf Range as well as a Pro shop and Golf tuition if required. Lely also has many lovely walks with good sidewalks and street lighting. There is also a good supermarket, restaurant and other useful shops within the Lely Estate. There is also the fabulous Players Club.
There are 3 bedrooms which consist of 1 double, 4 singles and 1 bunk beds which sleeps upto 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you will need.
This villa is not 'a rental property' it is a 'family home' which is very obvious - you will see on your arrival.
Lely Resort is a fabulous resort for golfers with 36 challenging holes on your doorstep. The Mustang Course, designed by Lee Trent Jones, is over 7100 yards long whilst the Flamingo Island course, designed by Robert Trent Jones, was hailed as 'America's Best' by Golf week Magazine and received four stars from Golf Digest.
Golf aside, there is plenty to do at Lely Resort, Naples - do come and enjoy the best that Florida has to offer!
Lely resort is conveniently located in South Naples 15 minutes from Marco Island and 10 minutes from Naples! Our local rental agent attends to your needs.
The villa is located on the prestigious gated Lely Resort which has 3 championship golf courses. It is close to all the amenities that Naples has to offer which include, white sandy beaches, beautiful designer shops and restaurants and is also close to Marco Island and the Everglades. Our home is within easy reach of the Interstate 75 (1 mile). If you choose, you could have a very pleasant 3 hour drive to either Bush Gardens or Disney World. Fort Myers and Sanibel Islands are all within easy driving distance from the Villa and make a great day out. Other alternatives to visit are places such as Miami, (1.5 hrs) and the Florida Keys (Daily Ferry).
