Located in township of Hunter, the house is 8 miles from Hunter Mountain slopes. It is 15 minutes from Woodstock, NY. It is 2 hours from the George Washington Bridge. Built in 1894, the house is fully renovated. General features: 5 bedrooms (or 4 plus 1 artist studio with skylight); sleeps 10; oil hot water system with 4 zone thermostat control; washer/dryer/dishwasher/VCR; 100-gallon Jacuzzi on 2nd floor with mountain view; original fieldstone fireplace in 30 ft living room; stream, pond, dining room seats 10. The house is walking distance from state land, mountain hiking trails, local swimming holes, lakes and waterfalls (see photos).
