Palais Royal Gardens, 75001 Paris, 70m2 or 753 sq. ft sleeps 4. This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is situated right on the gardens of the historic Palais Royal. It is the ideal spot for a family, friends, or couples traveling together who want to experience real Parisian living. The apartment has its own private entry way from the street and another from the gardens. The apartment is distributed over three levels. It consists of a living room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with toilet, and a second toilet. The living room, located on the ground floor, has high ceilings and floor to ceiling French windows that open onto the gardens of Palais Royal. The bedrooms are located on the 1st floor (American 2nd floor). One of the bedrooms has a beautiful window with a view of the Palais Royal, and the other bedroom overlooks the rue Montpensier. Both bedrooms have double beds. The modern, all marble bathroom, has an American shower.
The living room is furnished with a mix of antiques, cozy chairs and a comfortable couch that folds out to make a double bed. There is WIFI, a TV with cable, DVD player, radio/cassette player, and a phone that can call anywhere in France and to cell phones in France. The kitchen, located on the underground level, has a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, juice maker, iron, vacuum, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating.
