MARIA'S HOUSE

The main house consists of an open-plan living room/kitchen, with full-sized fridge, full oven with hobs, and dining table and chairs. Two sets of French windows open onto a terrace with sea views, and the room is air-conditioned. The front door leads directly onto a large terrace, from which steps lead down to the pool. An internal door leads from this living room/kitchen into two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which are separated by the bathroom (with shower). Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the master double bedroom has a French window leading onto a small rear terrace. For larger groups, the self-contained apartment on the lower floor is available as extra accommodation, providing one further bedroom and a second bathroom.

Villa Maria offers excellent holiday accommodation for families in high season and for couples in the quieter summer months. The large garden makes it ideal for families with smaller children, as the lower terrace is both shady and away from the pool, while the self-contained lower part of the house is well suited to teenagers or grandparents wanting their own space. Beside its large gardens, the villa has a good-sized private pool, not overlooked from any direction, and distant sea views. There is also a permanent barbecue and a good range of outside furniture for the al fresco life which is such a key part of a holiday in Greece.
