The villa can accommodate 6-8 persons

Villa Pelagia with a 110sqm indoor area can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and up to 8 persons if it is necessary.

On the ground floor,there is an open plan area with the kitchen, the living room and the dining area. There is also a bathroom and one double-bedded bedroom.

On the first floor, you will find the other two remaining bedrooms(one double-bedded and one with two single beds) and one more bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and balconies with a spectacular view.

The villas are furnished and equipped with all the facilities so that you can have a pleasant stay!

There are two areas on the outside. The private garden area, with a barbeque and a dining table under a kiosk and the pool area, which is fenced for children's protection. There is also a parking spot for two cars.

The villas are located in the village of Roumeli in Rethymno, just 25km away from the city and 60km away from the city of Heraklion.

As far as the position and landscape are concerned, the village is located on a 150meters altitude, overlooking the settlements of Panormo and Skaleta, which are each 2km and 6km away. Apart from the beautiful sandy beaches, both of these areas also offer a variety of stores, supermarkets, shops, bars and a large number of restaurants and taverns. The longest sandy beach of Rethymno is also very near by, offering water sport activities and clear waters!

We would love to give you directions and advises for all the areas and the beaches around, according to your wills!

Notes: Villa Dina and Pelagia are two identical houses with privacy between them, located in the village of Roumeli 3 km from the beach! Both villas offers you a great mountain views from the area around. Each villa has its private fenced area with gardens, barbecue and a swimming pool! The villas are far away from other houses, that gives you the opportunity to relax under the sun and listen only the sounds of the beautiful countryside around. Simultaneously you are 5 min away from the beach and the living areas like Panormo where you can find everything that you might need!

Fantastic warm welcome from the owner. Brilliant facilities and welcome pack and fantastically clean with a change of towels/linen twice in the 9 days and a clean through aswell! The pool was lovely and not too deep and villa furniture very comfortable. The description of the property did it justice and layout was great for our family of 5 [3 kids 11, 18, and 20yrs] Panorma was a five minute drive for an evening meal or just drink, with wi fi in most bars and Rethymon a lovely day out or for an meal in the evening is 15mins away. Lovely relaxing holiday
