A large 3 bedroom hours with 32 foot reception room

The house is entered through a classic Victorian doorway - the owners carefully maintaining many of the original lovely features of the architecture and decor. Immediately you have a long sweeping view through the hallway to the huge kitchen diner and the floor to ceiling window doors to the garden at the rear. A lovely vista that really draws you through to the heart of the house.

LOUNGE

To the right is the smart formal lounge area with large windows to the front of the building and big comfy sofas for stretching out in front of the real fireplace and large flat screen TV on nights in. This room really shows off the original features of the cornicing and architectural features. The room comfortably seats 6 + and offers an additional relaxation area to the other rooms ont he Ground Floor. The beauty of this house is that there are a number of different style lounging spaces/rooms to suit your mood.

TV LOUNGE

The second lounge on this level offers a more informal TV space - no more arguing over the remote control with numerous spaces for everyone. A big comfy sofa and work station area means you can curl up and watch a movie - with lovely double doors through the the kitchen - perhaps the most enticing room in the house.

KITCHEN/DINER

This is most certainly the heart of the house. With its sleek and stylish black polished surfaces, which contains everything you'd need to cater for larger families and groups, it also offers seating for you party to sit and chat whilst dinner is being prepared - no question of chef being tucked away from their party doing all the work without company! Much of the cooking and food preparation area on the work island faces out into the huge dining/entertaining space making it a cooks dream work space.

The dining table is long and spacious enough for 10 diners to sit in comfort and really make the meal the focus of the evening.

The along the outer wall there is a vast wall to ceiling window/door to the garden giving masses of light and really maximizing the sense of space. with views out onto the lovely patio area and lawn.

The whole space has been designed with a great sense of space - even with all of your party in this room, there's a sense of being able to stretch out and relax all together.

Playroom/utility Room:

Leading off the dining area is the stairs down to the fabulous child's playroom and utility room. Stocked with a great array of toys and games for children through to young teens, it gives them a space to get away from the adults and call their own. Theres a further TV down here if they want the Cartoon Network when you want David Attenborough upstairs!

This is also the laundry and utility space - fully equipped for all your laundry needs.

GARDEN AND LARGE DECKED PATIO

A lovely large decked area for your party to stretch out altogether using the tables and chairs for alfresco dining - and theres even a BBQ here - in the better weather an area that definitely has to be enjoyed. The garden is also particularly safe for the younger children to play as its very secure with just one locked gate to the rear. At the bottom of the garden is the garage - offering an unusually attractive feature!

There is a very convenient WC leading off the main entertaining space.

There are then three more double bedrooms which brings the totally occupancy of the house to 10 in total - all having comfort and privacy.
