Located on beautiful Key Biscayne, just 20 minutes away from Miami airport and downtown Miami, this very spacious (1720 sq. feet), bright, 3 bedroom apartment in Key Colony, one of the island's top luxury condominiums, has been recently furnished in top of the line furniture and linens. Squeaky clean with new white wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms, white marble floors and a hand made oriental carpet in the living room, you will feel instantly at home and relaxed. Overlooking lush gardens, this third floor condo with a very large balcony is very quiet and just a few minute's walk to the 12 tennis courts, heated Olympic size pool, family pool, ocean side heated pool and beach. Feeling lazy? Optional maid service is available.

There are miles of white sand beach to walk in either direction. From Key Colony's own private beach, you can walk to the old lighthouse in Bill Baggs State Park, considered one of the top beaches in the USA. Tennis lessons are available at Key Colony's own tennis courts or at the famous Lipton tennis center. Sail and paddle boat rentals are available from the beach at the nearby 5 star hotel. Bike, wind surfer, large boat and fishing boat rentals are available on the Key. The island also has a beautiful public golf course and excellent restaurants. The Miami Sea Aquarium is 5 minutes away. Lively Coconut Grove for shopping and night life or historic Coral Gables are 15 minutes away and South Beach(Miami Beach) is 20-25 minutes away. All of Miami's sights are easily accessible, but you can return each day to your island paradise on Key Biscayne.

Lots of room and convenient to beach, tennis, and downtown Key Biscayne. We enjoyed our stay.

My parents stayed for one month (I visited and stayed often) and had a great time. Costumer service was responsive and courteous. The condo is very nicely decorated with ample space. The kitchen is not updated, but everything was clean and worked well. Key Colony is a fabulous condo complex to vacation in—ocean-side pool, ocean access, play area, tennis courts, walk to library, restaurants, etc. There is covered parking for a car—which is convenient for grocery shopping and sight-seeing. I would definitely recommend this property.
