Excellent experience indeed. We loved the Key Colony facility and the transaction with the owners and their representatives were efficient and professional.
The condo is very spacious and comfortable. It was well supplied with good quality linens and kitchen appiances, although we didn't do much cooking because of the delicious Cuban cuisine across the street which we could order and serve a feast in minutes. Guest check in with the automated voice messaging worked flawlesly, as did the Tennis court reservations (must call 24 hours in advance) and the nicely warmed up waters of the swimming pools.
The owners left a binder with all information clearly identified and many helpful hints. The only suggestion we have is for the Key Colony facility itsef to have more signage marking the paths to the different facilities. It was confusing to get around the first time, but we finally figured it out, and even getting lost was pleasant because the gardens are so beautiful.
There's so much to do in Key Biscayne and at the Tourist Information center, just a few blocks away, provided many good suggestions.
Great experience overall. We'd like to book the condo for the same time next year.
