The most popular home for return guests according to the previous rental agency listing our home. Imagine having everything you could possibly want to do within ten minutes of your door, in a wonderfully spacious home that comfortably accommodates all your friends, family, or associates. Never worry about shuttling everyone to town or the ski area - just hop on the free shuttle. The inspiring views from the main living area, kitchen, deck, hot tub, and several bedrooms are of Byers Peak and extend along the Continental Divide all the way to the ski area. Right outside the doors build snowmen, tunnels and forts. Then warm up by the outdoor firepit while roasting marshmallows and drinking hot chocolate. Or melt in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the views. Top it all off by winding down in front of the indoor fireplace in the main living area.
The pair of living rooms, both attached to the gourmet kitchen (with Viking range, stainless steel appliances and granite counters), allow large families or groups to enjoy conversations in one room while the others play games or watch TV. All 18 guests sleep soundly in their own beds, not on sofa sleepers in the living areas. Luxuriate on high thread count sheets, down pillows, and wonderful comforters on the king and queen beds. The granite countered bathrooms add a touch of elegance.
We have taken great care in keeping this home updated and well maintained. Many of the little creature comforts like good lighting, gas fireplace, hot water that never runs out (on demand hot water system), new furniture, and even games for the kids are all ready and waiting for your visit.
Ski: Located 5 miles from the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area, our home is conveniently located on the free shuttle to/from the ski areas. Shuttle service access means no one has to play chauffeur and groups with small kids don't have to worry about hauling gear from the parking lot!
