Spacious, immaculate first floor apartment with open-plan living area and modern, stylish decor. Located on a quiet street in the trendy and charming Notting Hill area, it is a short walk from the bohemian, enchanting Portobello market.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Nous n'avons pas eu de surprise tout était conforme aux photos; très bonne communication par mail avec l'agence. l'appartement est très confortable,très propre et bien équipé il se situe à 10 minutes de marche du métro Holland Park dans un quartier calme.

“Well equipped flat, centrally located near bus an

The three families who rented the flat all thought it was well laid out and well equipped. Having three bathrooms certainly helped with a teenaged and pre-teen girl among the guests. The flat had enough silver ware and cooking utensils. Ample towels were also provided. The staff who greeted the first family to arrive were prompt and courteous.
Two of the bedrooms were small and were a stretch to sleep two people but did accomodate two.
The tube (Holland Park) is approximately a 15 minute walk with a family. There is a bus 5 minutes away that takes you to either High Street Kensington or Royal Oak on the Hammersmith and City Line.
There is a nice bar and restaurant (The Clarendon) across the street from the flat.

A Sound Stay

Everything was so smooth and easy. The flat was perfect for what I needed. The bedrooms are all sized in a great way and the fact that there are three bathrooms makes it so easy for all the guests staying in the flat. The living space is just right and I really liked how everything was furnished and put in place. Great locaton very easy to get to and has access to two tube stations. Opposite from a great pub too.

“Tranquility in the heart of Holland Park/Notting

This property is perfect in every way. It is beautifully decorated and conveniently located in the heart of the fun and buzzing Notting Hill and Holland Park. Very near fantastic restaurants, fabulous shops and also a short walk from Portobello Road - there is so much on the doorstep to see and do. The apartment is warm, light, peaceful and extremely comfortable. It is also near good transport links (tubes/buses) if you want to venture to other parts of London.

The chance to stay here is an opportunity not to be missed. I guarantee you will love it - we certainly did and can't wait to come back soon.

“Exactly what we were looking for”

This flat is in a large block which looks imposing from the outside, but it is easily accessible - 1st floor - and once inside it had everything we needed. Space is not large but while compact the open-plan kitchen lounge gives it a roomy feel. The bedrooms all work well and there were 6 of us with the children. The area is excellent with portobello road and notting hill very close by and lots of good restaurants, especially E&O; for eastern fusion food. It was very quiet for London and also very clean.

West London’s Notting Hill has a personality as confused as the wares on display at its Portobello Market. On the one hand, the area once famed for its genteel sensibility, as the rows of Georgian townhouses and fashionable Westbourne Grove attest. On the other hand, it plays host to an enticing alternative culture, as well as a lively Caribbean diaspora, whose annual Carnival throngs with upwards of a million Londoners, all seeking the festival’s colourful floats and flavours. The event demonstrates that Notting Hill commands a rich variety beyond its portrayal in the 1999 Grant/Roberts picture. Holland Park is itself an enormous (54-acre) wooded wildlife park built around the ruins of Holland House. The House was bombed in 1940 during the Blitz, but today hosts the summertime opera outfit, Opera Holland Park. The park itself is edged by some of the finest real estate in London.
