Wandering out the back of this impressive modern development it is hard to imagine this section of the Thames path was once dominated by Shire-drawn brewery drays. Today sadly the horses are gone, but the walkway still clings to the great river for an impressive 180 miles. Nestled neatly between Battersea and Wandsworth Park this stylish riverside apartment is set up high on the 5th floor, perfectly positioned to overlook the view beyond. (Don’t worry there is an elevator).
Eating and Living Spaces
Step inside this chic one-bedroom apartment and enjoy the light as it floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows happily dancing in the space this open-plan flat provides. Expect soft pale shades, elegantly warmed by wooden floorboards. The living space excellently equipped with stylish sofas decked with fluffy cushions and dark wood coffee tables. The Kitchen is separated by a handy breakfast bar and comes fully equipped with all you would expect. Ideal for the single traveller looking for an antidote to soulless city accommodation or for couples searching for a romantic room with a view.
Bedroom and Bathroom
Push back a pair of sliding wooden doors and find an elegant bedroom complete with a king size (5 ft) bed. The room is finished with full-length windows, so you can wake up and watch the world go by - breakfast in bed anyone? Expect a spotless bathroom with toilet, basin, cosmetic mirror and a shower unit.
5th floor via stairs (for the fit) or elevator.
A grocery store (Tesco) and an ATM are helpfully located within the development, as well as numerous bars, restaurants and cafes. Foodies will be satisfied with a diverse range of eateries to choose from. Why not go meet your neighbor ‘Cake Boy’. This stylish café and cookery school is run by Master patissier Eric Lanlard, the star of hit show, ‘Baking Mad’. After all, surely it is not a British holiday before you have enjoyed some afternoon tea on the banks of the historic River Thames? Or wander a little further and find ‘The Ship’, a fantastic Gastropub with a superb riverside setting. Green spaces abound in the nearby vicinity. Stroll to Battersea Park, replete with fountains and boating lakes, delightful gardens, a small children’s zoo and the magnificent Peace Pagoda. As you discover more of the area it will become obvious Chelsea’s wealth has slowly spread to its more southerly cousin. The closer Wandsworth Park is smaller but equally inviting, especially the beautiful tree lined avenue. Just across the bridge you’ll find Fulham, with a delightful mix of art galleries, museums and high-end boutiques. The walled Chelsea Physic Garden is also worth a visit for its amazing horticultural displays.
Venturing further into London is easy with numerous transport links nearby. Wandsworth Town train station operates a 15 minute journey direct to London Waterloo. Multiple busses stop on Wandsworth Bridge itself, offering links to the rest of the city.

Chic, light and smartly furnished apartment just across the water from Chelsea.
Upmarket Chelsea forms a latticework of safe and quiet streets, peopled by monied Londoners, literary types and the native ‘Sloane Rangers’ who choose the area for its bustling cafes, independent businesses and artisan restaurants. The area’s main thoroughfare is the King’s Road, a delightful mix of chain stores and high-end boutiques. The area is home to the impressive exhibitions at the Saatchi Gallery, the horticultural displays of the Chelsea Physics Garden and the splendor of Sir Christopher Wren’s Royal Hospital, which plays annual host to the Chelsea Flower Show. You take a hop over to the river’s southern bank to reach charming Battersea, towered over by the decommissioned Power Station. Nearby sits Battersea Park, replete with fountains and boating lakes, delightful gardens, a small children’s zoo and the magnificent Peace Pagoda. Chelsea’s wealth has slowly spread to its more southerly cousin, and today the area is home to luxury riverside apartments and posh eateries.
