Villa los Charcos is a brand new modern Mediterranean style villa – built with indisputable Italian style. Located in Playa car Phase 1, 180 feet from the beach and a 13 minute walk from Playa del Carmen's famous 5th Avenue and Paseo del Carmen shopping Mall.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms plus a service/laundry bedroom and with full bath for the maid with its own entrance. It has about 5000 Sq.Ft. of construction on 3 floors, and more than 1000 Sq.Ft. of terraces; most of them with an amazing view of the Caribbean ocean and Cozumel. The lot is about 8000 square feet, and because of the shape of the lot and the intense vegetation, it is virtually impossible to see the house and pool area from the street.

The 625 square feet pool is heated and it’s over 7 feet deep. It has a trampoline, 6 seats Jacuzzi style area with water massage and a 5, 5 hp swim against current system and a infinity sight with a waterfall on the side. The house has central air conditioning, American Dish Network TV.

The windows have double glass and its hurricane and sound proof. Central sound system, WiFi broadband Internet access and a computer. Telephone line with extensions in all rooms. It also has a big underground two car garage with several bikes space.

On the ground floor is a big living room, very nice furnished and decorated, with Italian furniture’s, has a triple height with Mexican brick copula (half dome), with a masterpiece hand made chandelier 9 x 9 feats, and a huge window 20 x 15 Feats with pocket doors, that open makes the outdoor wooden deck an the swimming pool an extension of it.

The kitchen with industrial type appliances, a large TV/game room with a 46 inch full HD LCD screen, Play Station 3 etc., A studio/office with a separate full bathroom that can also be used as a guest bedroom.

On the 1st floor there is one big bedroom with one king size bed, (if asked can be changed with two queen size beds), for up to 4 persons, big 40 inch LCD TV, X Box, and lots of games, has a big terrace, and a full bath.

The other room on this floor is a very large suite, almost 500 square feats, with Mexican brick copula (half dome) with a king size bed, balcony, 40 inch LCD TV, full bath with Jacuzzi a skylight and a walk in closet.

On the third floor there are two more bedrooms, one medium size, with two single beds, that can be easily converted in a king size bed, sea view from the side window and private bathroom with massage shower.

The second one is a big minimalist master suite with an amazing ocean view, a 42 inches LCD TV, a big bathroom with skylights, Jacuzzi and two showers heads with ocean view. The master suite is surrounded by three terraces all with ocean view. On one side there is a infinity-style heated Jacuzzi for up to 10 people.

At the front of the suite is another terrace, and at the left there is an access to another huge terrace in two levels that has a separate entrance from the stairs. It’s a perfect lounge/barbecue area with an amazing ocean view, full equipped with big propane grill, sink, table, chairs and sun mattresses.
