This property is a spacious and well furnished 4 bedroom holiday home located in the popular area of Davenport. Palm Key Village is well placed just off Highway 27 and only a 15 minute drive to Disney. The village is well maintained and has a large communal swimming pool, tennis court and clubhouse with table tennis and pool tables available for residents. The house has 4 good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen complete with large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and and utility area with washing and drying machines. The large living room has comfortable seating with a large TV and DVD a music system, and a dining area. The master bedroom is a queen size, with en-suite bathroom and TV. The second is a double with TV and the third is a twin. The fourth bedroom has bunk beds. A cot and high chair are available and all bedding is provided. Outside there is a car port and at the rear of the property is a screened lanai with a table and four chairs and a Hot Tub.
